What Auto Reports does

Auto Reports takes the data already in your Prominence account and turns it into a structured performance report: automatically, at whatever frequency makes sense for your team.

You configure it once: choose the project, the monitor, the market, the LLM engines, the segments, and the recipients. Then Prominence handles the rest. The report is generated on schedule and sent by email. It's also stored in the platform so you can review any version at any time.

If you need to send one outside of the regular schedule, before a client call, a board meeting, or a weekly sync, you can trigger any of your configured reports manually at any point.

Automated Cadence

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery.

Multi-Recipient

Up to 3 recipients per report configuration.

Manual Trigger

Generate anytime independent of schedule.

Data Slicing

Filter by project, market, and segments.

Six steps. Under 60 seconds.

The goal is immediate visibility. Configuration is designed to be completed in a single pass.

1

Choose the report type

Run a Standard Report focused on your primary project brand, or create a Brand Spotlight report from the perspective of any other brand in your competitive pool.

2

Name it

The report name becomes the subject line of the email. Make it descriptive enough that recipients immediately know what they're looking at.

3

Set the sending frequency

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Choose based on the pace of change in your category and what your stakeholders actually need.

4

Select project, monitor, and market

Each report maps to a specific configuration in your Prominence account. You can have as many reports as you need.

5

Select LLM engines

Choose which AI models to include: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, AI Overviews. You control it per report.

6

Select segments and add recipients

Include all prompt groupings or focus on a specific subset. Then add up to three email recipients and create the report.

Seven sections. Zero filler.

The goal is to make trends immediately readable: not just what the number is, but whether it's moving in the right direction. Every metric includes a delta versus the previous period.

Key metrics and relevant shifts from the period. Designed to be readable in two minutes by someone who doesn't live inside the platform.

Your brand's SoA, SoM, and LLM Visibility Index alongside every competitor in your selected pool, each with period-over-period deltas.

Performance broken down by LLM engine. Understand where your brand has strong presence and where it's being outpaced.

Performance by prompt group. See which topic clusters are generating visibility and which need attention.

Prompt-level performance data. The prompts where your brand is performing best, and the ones where it's falling short.

Domains that drove the most grounding citations. Useful for understanding category dynamics and informing digital PR strategy.

Context-aware suggestions based on your data. Review and validate with your team before acting on them.

Reporting from any perspective

Most GEO tools tie reporting to a single brand per project. If you're tracking a portfolio of brands, or managing multiple clients within the same category, that creates either a data problem or a cost problem, or both.

In Prominence, you can generate an Auto Report from the perspective of any brand in your competitive pool, not just the primary project brand. This is the Brand Spotlight report type.

If you're running a project for a category like electric vehicles with ten brands in the pool, you can set up a separate Auto Report for each one, such as seeing the market from the lens ofTeslaorBYDwithout creating separate projects or paying for separate seats.
